We are seeking a CLO Analyst to join our growing team in London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to build deep expertise in structured credit within a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will gain exposure across CLO structuring and liability investing, working on complex transactions and developing as a CLO specialist.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the structuring and execution of new issue, reset, and refinancing CLO transactions.
- Assisting with cash-flow modelling, tranche economics, and coordination with banks, rating agencies, and advisers.
- Contributing to the development of innovative and bespoke CLO structures.
- Running and maintaining CLO cash-flow models to assess returns, risks, and structural behaviour.
- Performing scenario, sensitivity, and stress analyses across a range of credit and market assumptions.
- Monitoring CLO performance, coverage tests, triggers, and key structural features.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc analysis for portfolio managers and senior stakeholders.
- Analysing CLO debt and equity tranches in both primary and secondary markets.
- Supporting relative-value work, pricing, and trade execution.
- Supporting due diligence on CLO managers including strategy, track record, risk management, and portfolio construction.
- Assisting in the investment process for mezzanine debt and third-party CLO equity investments, including preparation of investment committee materials.

Experience
First experience in structured credit, leveraged finance, or related credit markets from a rating agency, buy-side, bank, or advisory platform is required.
About you
You have a strong analytical foundation and are comfortable working with structured finance concepts, cash-flow analysis, and credit risk. You understand CLO structures and documentation; experience with Index modelling is a strong plus. You demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple workflows in a transaction-driven environment. Intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and eagerness to deepen your technical knowledge are essential. You communicate clearly and confidently, collaborating effectively across teams and with external managers, arrangers, and advisers. You have an interest in working across both CLO structuring and CLO liability/equity investing with third-party managers.
Qualifications
