About the Role
Sitting within the wider Sales & Marketing group, the Data & Distribution team supports the delivery of fund data (dynamic and static) to external and internal data platforms and clients. The team is responsible for UCITS KID/KIID production, MiFID II Costs & Charges, European investor tax reporting, consultant databases, and bespoke client reporting. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a well-motivated graduate to learn Costs and Charges calculations and reporting, while supporting wider team activities such as Consultant Database management and bespoke client reporting. The role offers the chance to build expertise in transaction cost analysis and global regulatory reporting from the ground up, develop an understanding of common standards and methodologies used across the asset management industry, gain knowledge across different asset classes and investment products, and work closely with operational and sales teams across regions. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
- Support the production of transaction cost calculations and reporting, covering global regulatory requirements
- Help ensure compliance with MiFID II regulatory reporting requirements, including transaction costs and charges
- Check and validate large datasets, spot trends, and report exceptions on Costs and Charges data
- Analyse data changes and help present findings to key stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders involved in Costs and Charges and distribution activities across the business
- Support project initiatives related to Costs and Charges (e.g. TCA provider change)
- Support third-party data providers to ensure efficient product data supply
- Support wider project initiatives within the Data & Distribution team (e.g. consultant database operating model)
- Support other Data & Distribution activities as and when required, such as data automation and price feeds, consultant database management and bespoke client reporting
