About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to manage the posting, review, and reporting of the Group’s management fees, performance fees, client rebates, and commissions. You will oversee and analytically review monthly net revenue bookings, billing processes, and cash matching, ensuring timely payments to clients. Reporting directly to the Manager of Revenue, your responsibilities will include reviewing and posting entries into the general ledger, analysing accruals and month-on-month movements, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, distributing payment schedules and invoices, and ensuring prompt cash collection. You will also review and approve rebates and commission payments, comply with CASS regulatory requirements, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare fund reinvestment instructions, support audit queries, and assist with asset under management (AUM) reporting and margin calculations.

Experience
Minimum 1 year post-graduate work experience. Experience in a Finance team, ideally within Investment Management or Investment Banking, is preferred but not essential.

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to learn new systems quickly and a commitment to improving and automating processes through intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree-level education, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred but not essential. Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and sumif functions.
