About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join the National Theatre Data and Insights Team. As a key member of this central team, you will be responsible for producing actionable insights that fully harness our data's potential, empowering customer-centric and data-driven business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of data innovation, applying statistical analysis to contribute to our mission of delivering world-class theatre experiences. You will drive business impact within a relatively new data team that is centrally positioned in the organisation and collaborates with all departments.
The successful candidate will lead the development of insight-led presentations that combine robust analysis with compelling storytelling, using clear logical narrative flow to drive actionable recommendations. You will also manage and develop analytical talent, improving capability, performance, and quality of output.

Experience
- Extensive experience in analytics, statistical techniques, predictive modelling, and insight generation with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Experience line managing analysts and/or developing analytical talent, with the ability to improve capability, performance, and quality of output.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and influencing decisions at senior level.
