About the Role
This is an internal-only opportunity to join Lush as an Anchor Shop Trainee Manager. You will assist the Shop & Spa Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every visitor. Your role involves collaborating to build a passionate, customer-focused team and contributing to a positive environment where each visit goes beyond a transaction. You will support the Shop & Spa Manager in fostering connections with the local community, businesses, and charities, helping to grow the business through outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the Shop & Spa Manager to implement creative ideas and build an exemplary in-store team, assisting in training and upskilling staff, leading the management team to achieve store goals, delegating tasks to meet customer and store needs, and contributing to financial management such as budgeting, sales driving, and stock control. Maintaining high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management to enhance customer experience is essential.

You will also develop local community relationships, engage in personal development through training and collaboration with other Lush teams, and take ownership of projects that positively impact the store and spa. Experience
