£38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role
We are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join our Housing Team in Brent, contributing to developing a safe and inclusive community for our customers. In this busy role, you will work alongside housing management colleagues to tackle all forms of hate crime, nuisance, and anti-social behaviour. You will manage your own caseload and build effective working relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to people's lives within an experienced, supportive, and collaborative team. You will be expected to travel to support customers in your area. A basic DBS check will be completed if you are successful.

Experience
Previous experience of anti-social behaviour related housing management services or transferable skills from a similar customer-facing role.
Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and resolving conflict.
Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, and court processes.
About you
Self-motivated and highly organised.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies.
Open to new ideas and change as this is a new role.
