About the Role
We have an opportunity for an IT Service Central Delivery Analyst to join our team in Wembley. As the gateway for SNG's IT services, you will ensure all customer interactions are accurately logged, prioritised, categorised and resolved or efficiently assigned. You will be responsible for recording, monitoring and updating IT tickets, conducting initial diagnosis and escalating issues when necessary. The role also involves proactive maintenance of the asset database, including asset movement, verification, incident management, onboarding, tagging and disposal of assets.
Experience
Experience working on an IT Service Desk or Customer Service Desk is essential. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers in person, by telephone, webchat, email or digital assistant. Technical knowledge and support experience relating to Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365 (including Teams and SharePoint), remote access, virtual desktops and telephony is required.
