About the Role
UCLH offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated individual to train as a Therapeutic Radiographer through an apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be trained to undertake a wide range of clinical experiences within Therapeutic Radiography, developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours required to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality radiotherapy care. Training includes opportunities to work across the radiotherapy pathway, including CT simulation, treatment planning, treatment delivery, and image-guided radiotherapy. Additionally, apprentices will gain experience with a range of specialist radiotherapy techniques and technologies. UCLH is recognised as the best NHS trust to work for in England, according to the NHS staff survey, with the highest percentage of staff recommending it as a workplace for three consecutive years. The trust also supports flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.
