About the Role
If you love retail, you're in the right place. We are recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the Savers team! No two days are the same here and the ideal Apprentice Sales Assistant has a positive can-do attitude, loves getting involved, and enjoys working as part of a team. You will be focused on making customers feel great and leaving them with that Savers smile. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards to ensure they are always insta-worthy. Savers recognises you as a future leader. Beyond the store, you will have the opportunity to connect with the local community and offer customers the best deals on the high street. Your training will take place in store over the first 12 months with no college days and no homework. At the end of your training, you will complete a discussion about your experiences and an observation of your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Experience
No previous retail experience required. This role is ideal for those new to retail.

Qualifications
- Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or National 4's for Scotland
- Not currently in any form of education and available for full time shifts
- Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
- Eligible to work in the UK
