About the Role
The Discipline Team within HQ London District (Army) is a small team of four military and civilian personnel responsible for tracking and monitoring Warning Sanction, Service Law, and Service Complaint matters across London District units in line with current policy and Key Performance Indicators. This role provides essential administrative and casework support to ensure effective management of disciplinary and complaints cases. Responsibilities include maintaining case records, quality assuring submissions, managing administrative processes, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will handle sensitive and complex information to support timely progression of casework, reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance with Army policy and information management requirements.

Main responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative and casework support to the Discipline Higher Executive Officer and team, managing disciplinary and Service Complaint casefiles, maintaining the Discipline Diary and its weekly dissemination, acting as a point of contact for enquiries, managing day-to-day administrative tasks including file archiving and mailbox management, and performing quality assurance checks on incoming casefiles.

You will also update and maintain the HQ LONDIST Discipline SharePoint site, undertake Service Complaint casework such as coordinating requests for investigators, assisting with Terms of Reference for Decision Bodies, managing document redaction and disclosure, and providing guidance and support on Service Law, Warning Sanction, and Service Complaint matters. Engagement with stakeholders to obtain updates on criminal cases, managing discharge matters, supporting statistical data production and briefings, and overseeing information management responsibilities are also key aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will assist in producing the Discipline Matrix for monthly meetings used to brief the Chain of Command.
