About the Role
Join Transport for London as an Art on the Underground Coordinator and play a key role in managing and delivering public art projects across the London Underground network. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of art, culture, and public transport, coordinating with artists, stakeholders, and contractors to enhance the passenger experience through innovative and engaging artworks. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and promotion of art commissions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Experience
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the arts, culture, or public sector. Experience working with artists, contractors, and multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.
About you
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Passionate about public art and its impact on communities and public spaces.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent experience in arts management, cultural studies, project management, or a related field is preferred.
