About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive maternity cover Schools Liaison Officer to join Articulation, the National Gallery's flagship arts and oracy programme for young people. This is a fixed term, part time maternity cover contract for up to 12 months.

This varied role combines administration, event coordination and relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for participating schools, supporting teachers throughout the Articulation Prize journey, coordinating bookings and logistics, and helping to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all participants.

Working with colleagues, partner venues and schools across the UK, you will support the delivery of regional heats, Discovery Days, and the Articulation Grand Final. You will also coordinate programme data and evaluation, helping to demonstrate Articulation's impact and support future development.

Experience
Experience in administration, event coordination or education liaison roles is desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in education, arts administration or related fields would be advantageous but are not essential.
