About the Role
This role, within our Cybersecurity Assessments Delivery Office, is responsible for the day-to-day service delivery of security assessments across JPMorgan Chase. You will support the execution of technical security assessments, including red teaming, purple teaming, and penetration testing. Note that this is a service delivery role supporting the execution of technical security assessments, not a technical execution role.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and suits an individual with excellent client-facing abilities. You will coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining high communication standards between stakeholders. Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and anticipating and resolving roadblocks impacting SLAs within the security assessment lifecycle are key responsibilities.

Additional duties include assisting with ad-hoc reporting and presenting management information to senior stakeholders, analyzing processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities, driving process improvement and operational excellence, and building partnerships with security assessment teams based in the US, UK, and Singapore.

Experience
Proven experience in project management and managing logistical demands of clients and stakeholders in large-scale organizations. Experience or understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, and other security assessment activities is preferred but not essential.

About you
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve challenges. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse audiences verbally, in writing, and through presentations in English. Experience working in security consulting or financial services is advantageous.

Qualifications
Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Preferred skills include experience in automation tasks, mainly with Python, and knowledge of data analytics tools such as Qlik Sense.
