About the Role
As the Asset Management Client Skills and Technology Training Analyst, you will coordinate, develop, and design a comprehensive suite of training programs. You will contribute to prioritizing and executing strategic business initiatives, playing a key role in upskilling professionals to best serve our clients and maximize the value of our technology solutions. The team supports nearly all areas of Asset Management, focusing on Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Client Service teams.

Your responsibilities will include managing project plans and timelines, coordinating logistics, and measuring the success of training initiatives to drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy. You will design training programs on proprietary technology platforms to ensure employees are confident and proficient in using these tools. Collaboration with regional and global team members and managers will be essential to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business practices.

You will communicate effectively with partners regionally and globally to understand initiatives and drive next steps, aiming to build scalable, consistent processes. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops that build on foundational programs and bridge to advanced learning. Coordination of agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for internal forums such as management meetings will also be part of your role.

J.P. Morgan is a global leader in financial services, committed to building trusted, long-term partnerships to help clients achieve their business objectives. We value diversity and inclusion and provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees as needed.
