About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Co-ordinator to join our Europe Asset Management Events Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with relevant events experience to play a key role in the planning, support, and delivery of client events—both in-person and virtual—across EMEA. The role sits within a team of event professionals and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will help plan, support, and deliver high-quality client events including roadshows, conferences, roundtables, and internal programmes. Responsibilities include managing event logistics and production planning, delegate management, attendee communications, and on-site support. You will execute virtual events using the PGI platform and manage event set-up, registration, invitations, communications, and reporting using the events platform (Stova). Coordination with suppliers and venues, including sourcing, proposals, contracting support, and AV/catering/event production coordination, is essential to ensure service quality and adherence to timelines. Additional duties include preparing event materials and presentations, providing project support to the Head of the Events Team, managing event budgets, tracking spend, reconciling costs, supporting purchase order and invoice processing, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing the events calendar. You will also source and organise event supplies and materials, maintain inventory where applicable, and ensure all activities adhere to J.P. Morgan's compliance, risk management, and brand standards.
Experience
Experience in event management, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
About you
Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications
Degree educated or equivalent practical experience. Experience using event management platforms and delivering virtual events using event technology platforms such as PGi is preferred. Experience working with complex registration data and database-style workflows including data accuracy, imports/exports, and reporting is advantageous.
