About the Role

You will help bring new UCITS ETF capabilities to market and support the evolution of an established platform with global reach. As a UCITS ETF Product Associate within the Global ETF business, you will support the development and ongoing management of our UCITS ETF platform across multiple asset classes and strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, evaluating product ideas, and contributing to business cases and product approvals across the full product lifecycle. You will analyze market and competitor trends and translate complex datasets into clear materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Partnering closely with investments, capital markets, distribution, and functional teams, you will deliver product initiatives that help differentiate and grow the ETF franchise.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development, launch, and ongoing management of UCITS ETFs, contributing to product strategy by identifying growth opportunities, researching market trends and client demand, evaluating new product opportunities through market sizing and business case development, and coordinating product development initiatives with legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders. You will also monitor commercial performance metrics and maintain a working knowledge of ETF regulation, market structure, product innovation, and emerging industry trends.

Experience
Experience in asset management, ETFs, product management, product development, investment strategy, research, or a related field. Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and business case development. Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and the asset management industry.

About you
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build clear, structured presentations and communicate complex topics to varied stakeholder groups. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and executive-ready materials. Experience using Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, or similar analytical platforms. Ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and seniority levels. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced environment. High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications include direct experience with ETFs and ETF product lifecycle activities, knowledge of the UCITS ETF ecosystem including active, passive, and synthetic ETF structures, and familiarity with European ETF regulation, market structure, and competitive dynamics. Progress toward or completion of CFA, CAIA, or a comparable professional qualification is advantageous.
