About the Role
This is a great opportunity for aspiring Registered Building Control Inspectors. Brent is a vibrant London borough, characterized by its diversity and iconic landmarks such as Wembley Stadium. As part of our transformation agenda, we are looking for newly qualified Building Surveyors at RBI Class 1 to assist in delivering an effective Building Control Service for various domestic, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will work closely with senior officers, taking responsibility for surveying requirements in your designated area, and will handle building control inquiries and tasks independently when necessary.

Experience
Recent Building Control knowledge and experience is essential.

You should be registered under a credited institute and working towards becoming a chartered professional. Effective communication with stakeholders and technical proficiency to promote the Building Control service are key attributes.

Qualifications
A full driving license and access to a car are required for this role. You will receive car mileage allowance and a parking permit for use within the borough. You will also be encouraged to work towards the BSR Class 2(A/D) and undertake ongoing CPD training.
