About the Role
This is a unique hybrid role combining editorial content creation with executive and administrative support. Working closely with our Content Editor and wider team, you will play an active role in shaping the editorial output of Superyachts.com, while also supporting the executive team with the day-to-day running of the business. The role has a strong editorial focus. You will research the superyacht industry, identify compelling story ideas, develop original angles and write high-quality features for Superyachts.com and our client content projects. You will also help build longer-term editorial plans for clients, developing content strategies that reflect their brand, projects and commercial objectives.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, confident in their writing and able to spot the story behind a yacht launch, design innovation, new technology or wider industry trend. Alongside your editorial responsibilities, you will provide organisational and administrative support to the executive team in a fast-paced international luxury media environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Researching the superyacht industry to identify engaging news, feature ideas and editorial opportunities.
- Developing original story angles and writing high-quality articles and features for Superyachts.com.
- Producing approximately three to four editorial stories each week, maintaining a consistently high standard of writing.
- Supporting the development of editorial calendars and long-term content plans for clients.
- Working with the Content Editor and wider team to create editorial strategies that support client campaigns and business objectives.
- Liaising with shipyards, designers, PR agencies, captains and other industry partners to source information, imagery, quotes and interview opportunities.
- Supporting newsletters, social media and wider digital content initiatives.
- Contributing to editorial coverage around major international yacht shows, launches and industry events.
- Providing executive and administrative support to the leadership team.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel and day-to-day business administration.
- Providing project support across international events and client activations.
