£14,967 pro rata per annum (£28,521 - £30,189 per annum)

About the Role
As an Assistant Cook at Harold Wood School Kitchen, you will undertake the preparation, simple cooking, and serving of food and beverages in accordance with the Council’s contractual arrangements. You will support the kitchen supervisor in all aspects of the food service and assume responsibility for the food service in the supervisor’s absence. The role has an entry step Grade 3, and you will report to the Cook Supervisor or Higher Graded Operative. You will be required to work as defined on the Staffing Profile.

No specific experience required, but a passion for food service is essential.
