About the Role
Kurt Geiger is an inclusive, creative footwear and accessories brand powered by kindness, inspired by the energy and diversity of London. We are seeking a creative and skilled Assistant Designer to join our Ladies’ Footwear Design team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a small, collaborative team, contributing hands-on to the development of design-led, fashion-forward collections that are customer-focused and aligned with our brand strategy.
In this role, you will support the design and development of a variety of ladies’ footwear styles, with a focus on trainers as well as formal and casual silhouettes. You will research trends, shapes, materials, and trims, bringing original ideas to life through sketches and technical drawings. You will finalise approved designs for production and work closely with suppliers and the buying team to ensure every product meets our standards for fit, quality, and brand identity.
