Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
Ability to deliver coaching and training in the moment to colleagues
Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety

About you
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
IT proficient with a willingness to learn in-house systems
A current valid driving licence
