About the Role
As an Assistant Procurement Manager – Marketing at Charlotte Tilbury, you will play a key role in supporting procurement and supplier management activities across Marketing categories including Creative & Production, Media, PR, Influencer Agencies, Events, Content Creation, Brand Partnerships, Digital Marketing and Marketing Technology. Working closely with the Procurement Manager and Marketing stakeholders, you will support sourcing projects, supplier performance management, commercial negotiations and procurement governance activities while helping deliver value and cost optimisation. This role reports into the Global Head of Indirect Procurement and involves a global support remit within a fast-paced, digitally mature environment, ideally from an online retailer or similar industry.

Key responsibilities include spend mapping analysis, preparing procurement reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and sustainability standards, negotiating marketing contracts, managing supplier relationships, administering contracts, supporting sourcing activities and tenders, organising supplier reviews, rebate management, and leading cost initiative projects. Occasionally, you may also work on projects in other indirect categories.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous procurement or purchasing experience within a digitally mature industry or Cosmetic/Personal Care online retailer.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong operational stakeholder relationship development and management.
- Experience supporting digital/SaaS buying.
- Performance management service sourcing background is an advantage.
- Proficient in data analysis and advanced Excel skills including Vlookups, nested IF statements, pivot tables, and filters.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Experience using source-to-contract e-sourcing tools.
- Formal contract development experience and implementation support are advantages.
- Experience with Monday project management system is a plus.
