About the Role
Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Our trading platforms are the heart of the business - what traders experience every day and what underpins our edge in the market. We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to support roadmap delivery across our Trading UIs vertical, which includes our proprietary mobile app and web platform, plus third-party trading interfaces such as TradingView and MT4/MT5. You will work closely with the vertical owner to shape and deliver improvements to the trading platforms our clients use daily. This is a front-end-focused role requiring a strong eye for UX/UI and a genuine interest in trading platforms. You will build deep domain expertise in leveraged trading products from the inside.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery across the Trading UIs vertical, partnering with the vertical owner, key stakeholders, Product Owners and technical squads throughout the product development cycle
- Own and drive improvements to our proprietary mobile app and web platform, extending to third-party platforms, focusing on trading performance, user experience, order tickets, charting, watchlists, alerts and news/content features
- Help shape the roadmap balancing strategic initiatives and continuous improvements
- Collaborate closely with the design team and clients to translate feedback and trading behaviour into clear product ideas and requirements
- Own and maintain the backlog for technical squads delivering the Trading UIs roadmap
- Identify, monitor and communicate the impact of key platform and commercial metrics including engagement, feature adoption, revenue per trade, usability and performance
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and act as an internal expert on the future direction of our trading platforms

Experience
- 1-3 years in product management with a track record of shipping regulated B2C products
- Experience or strong personal interest in trading platforms or leveraged-trading products; direct brokerage experience is a strong plus
- Experience in a UX/product design-adjacent role with a strong eye for good UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to trading platform mechanics
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and comfortable working closely with designers on components, design libraries, wireframes and prototypes
- Able to produce clear product requirements documentation and work effectively with engineering and delivery teams
- Comfortable with data and able to define metrics relevant to trading platform engagement and usability
- Strong stakeholder management skills across design, engineering and product teams
- Growth mindset, ready to grow into owning a product vertical, its roadmap and outcomes

Preferred Experience
- Direct financial services, brokerage or CFD/spread-betting experience
- Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
- Experience running or contributing to usability testing, product experimentation or client research
- Charting and technical-analysis tooling experience
