About the Role
The Attendance and Intervention Officer plays a vital role in supporting student engagement and retention at the NCG Higher Education Centre, based in Canary Wharf, London. This role involves maintaining accurate attendance and student status records, identifying students at risk through attendance monitoring, and contributing to timely interventions. The postholder ensures the integrity of data for internal reporting and external returns, including compliance with Student Loans Company requirements. Additionally, the role supports academic and professional services staff in upholding high standards of attendance record management, helping to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Experience
