Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon, producing original content and licensing studio programs worldwide exclusively for Prime Video customers.

We are hiring a Creative Services Coordinator as a critical part of the Amazon MGM Studios International Theatrical Creative Services team. This role provides administrative support and assists in creative servicing related to marketing and creative advertising materials including in-theater and online trailers, TV spots, radio spots, and all static/print material. You will actively support both the Theatrical Creative Services Lead and the Senior Marketing Manager.

As a Coordinator, you will handle multiple requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision and manage shifting priorities effectively. You will also contribute to the broader administrative team by learning and supporting cross-team business objectives and helping develop, maintain, and improve critical policies, procedures, standards, and services that benefit the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reports
- Organize and assist with team meetings and agenda preparation
- Schedule audio mixes and coloring sessions for trailers, TV spots, and static printing
- Manage budget for finishing material services and process invoices
- Assist in managing a digital asset management system and workflow servicing lifecycle marketing requests (theatrical, PVOD, EST, SVOD, MGM+)
- Support localization of assets for multiple territories including graphics, subtitling, and dubbing
- Manage footage trafficking to external post vendors, dubbing studios, and agencies
- Submit advertising material for legal clearances
- Pull clips for publicity and social media and release final files in varying codecs
- Communicate with post houses and creative vendors to provide information and feedback
- Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to stakeholders
- Deliver final files to internal and external partners as needed

Requirements

Experience
- Experience working in or with creative services
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities effectively

About you
- Ability to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English (CEFR C1)

Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing, production, or creative department workflows preferred
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio preferred
- Familiarity with digital media workflows and post production preferred
- Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners, or learning providers preferred
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups preferred
