About the Role
Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Our original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. We also produce and acquire original movies for theatrical release and exclusive streaming on Prime Video.
We are seeking an A/V Finishing Producer to join our core international theatrical creative marketing team. This role is responsible for producing best-in-class A/V finishing and quality control (QC) of marketing materials including theatrical, broadcast, and digital content for the Amazon MGM Studios International Theatrical Division. The A/V Finishing Producer will elevate the final product to the highest standards by managing the finishing pipeline, vendor relationships, clearance routing, and asset tracking.
Key responsibilities include vendor management throughout the mix, online, approvals, versioning, and QC process; routing and tracking clearances for teasers, trailers, TV/digital spots, and audio assets; planning post production pipelines in collaboration with post and VFX teams; managing timelines and stakeholder communications; booking sessions and facilitating creative approvals; upholding content security and vendor onboarding; tracking assets through finishing; overseeing QC for branding, exports, and social resizes; supporting budget management; acting as a liaison to localization teams; and overseeing receipt and distribution of Amazon Original Movies and Series assets.
The A/V Finishing Producer reports to the Theatrical Creative Services Lead within the Amazon MGM Studios Marketing division.
Experience
- Experience working in or with creative services
- Understanding of workflows within marketing, production, or creative departments
- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
- Knowledge of digital video distribution technologies
