About the Role
Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our baby room team and support the development of the youngest children in our care. In this role, you will provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-24 months, ensuring their emotional, social, and physical development is nurtured. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs.

Experience
Proven experience working with babies and leading a baby room or similar setting. Experience leading a team to deliver exceptional care and early years education.

Qualifications
Early Years Professional status or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education. Knowledge and ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards.
