About the Role
As a Band 3 Front of House Outpatient Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients attending outpatient appointments at the Royal Free Hospital. Your role will involve welcoming patients, managing appointment bookings, and providing excellent customer service in a busy NHS environment. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and support the delivery of high-quality outpatient services.

Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or healthcare environment is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications
