Flexible ad hoc shifts covering a 7 day rota (Monday to Sunday), primarily morning shifts from 07:30 to 15:30

£26,562 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role
We are recruiting Bank Kitchen Assistants with previous experience in catering, kitchen, or hospitality environments to provide flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, training, and other absences at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. You will assist the Chef in maintaining all catering areas in a hygienic, clean, tidy, and safe manner according to operational standards. Your duties will include preparing, cooking, and serving food safely, washing up after meals, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. Experience
Previous catering experience is essential. Experience working in a care or hospital environment is desirable.

High personal hygiene standards are required. You should take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required. Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Training is essential. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
