About the Role

As Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bar operation—from team leadership and stock control to service standards and profitability. You will cultivate a talented, motivated bar team while delivering a drinks experience that matches the quality of our food. With a sharp eye for detail, strong product knowledge, and a hands-on approach, you will drive performance, shape the drinks offering, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit, whether ordering a morning coffee, an aperitif, or a signature cocktail.

Experience
Proven stable background working in a busy, high-end restaurant and/or bar environment.
