We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead front of house staff including waiters, hosts, and bar team members who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced and ready for a new home or earlier in your career with the right attitude and passion, this role offers a supportive environment to grow and develop.

Experience
Experience in front of house roles such as waiting, hosting, or bar work is preferred but not essential. What we cannot teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job.
