About the Role
We are recruiting a driven Barista to join Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis. In this role, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You will have the opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond the plate. Your key responsibilities will include preparing perfectly blended drinks, serving high-quality food, maintaining a clean bar area, processing payments, and ensuring stock of clean mugs and plates. You will also learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques. Checking brewing equipment and reporting any maintenance needs will be part of your duties. Representing Restaurant Associates positively and complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are essential aspects of this role.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service and hands-on experience with brewing equipment are required.
