About the Role
We are currently recruiting a driven Bartender to join Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis. In this role, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and craft beautifully blended drinks that delight our customers. You will have the opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and recognises employees who go beyond the plate. Your typical shift pattern will be full-time days from Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities include preparing perfectly blended drinks, serving high-quality food, maintaining a clean bar area, processing payments, and ensuring stock of clean mugs and plates. You will also learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques. Maintaining Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations is essential. Representing Restaurant Associates positively and reporting any maintenance needs for brewing equipment are also part of the role.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service and hands-on experience with brewing equipment is required. Ability to work under pressure and maintain exceptional timekeeping and reliability is essential.
