As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert, you will be the true heart of the magic happening in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you will empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, giving them the confidence to achieve their dreams. You will combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, thriving on the buzz of success and always aiming to be the best. You will build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a strong sense of teamwork. As a brand ambassador, you will champion world-class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience, adapting your approach to suit different customers and opportunities.

Following company grooming standards meticulously, you will represent what good looks like and inspire others to do the same.

Experience
Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
