About the Role
As the Bereavement Services Operations Manager at Enable Leisure and Culture, you will lead and manage the delivery of bereavement services across the London area. This role involves overseeing operational activities, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting families and communities during sensitive times. You will be responsible for managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement to meet the needs of the public with compassion and professionalism.

Experience
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within bereavement services, local government, or a related public service sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications
