About the Role
The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is one of the UK's leading producing theatres, with over 130 years of history at the heart of Hammersmith. We produce world-class theatre and are nationally recognised for creating pathways into the arts for young talent from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking Box Office Assistants to join our team, both casual staff and a part time team member. This role is central to delivering exceptional customer service to all Lyric patrons, visitors, and staff, acting as an ambassador for the theatre. You will play a key role in promoting Lyric shows and activities while working towards sales targets. The position requires availability on weekends, evenings, and through the Christmas period.

Experience
Experience working with the general public is essential. Ability to work well under pressure and strong IT skills are required.

You should be customer-focused, reliable, and able to maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during busy seasonal periods is important.
