About the Role
Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance specialist living in or around the South West London area? If so, we may have the perfect role for you! As part of our facilities maintenance team at Arcus FM, you will deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client sites within your area are fully maintained and operating at full potential. Enjoy working in a varied environment, traveling to client locations, and delivering a high level of repair works to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service. You will assist in delivering excellent customer service, resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.

Experience
Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role. Valid UK driver's license. Experience working within a customer-facing environment. Confident using handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation. Strong communication skills and work ethic. Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.

About you
You should have varied experience across a mix of trades including patch plastering/rendering, carpentry works, various floor coverings, wall tiling, general repair work, and changing lights and locks. While we don't need you to know it all, a willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade. Experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client is also a plus.
