About the Role
Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? Based in or around South West London, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple client sites delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services. As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist, you will ensure facilities are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained. This mobile role provides variety, autonomy, and the chance to showcase your expertise in a range of building fabric tasks.

You will be expected to deliver effective repairs and maintenance work to a high standard, respond promptly and professionally to reactive issues, maintain clear documentation using handheld IT systems, and support customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Experience
- Time-served, hands-on experience in multiple trades, ideally in fabric maintenance
- Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environments is desirable

About you
- Confident working independently and in customer-facing environments
- Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation
- Solid knowledge of health & safety standards

Qualifications
- NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant trade
- A valid UK driver's licence

Core Trade Skills
- Patch plastering and rendering
- Carpentry and joinery
- Floor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl etc.)
- Basic plumbing
- Changing locks and fittings
- General fabric repairs

While expertise in every area is not required, solid practical experience across a range of disciplines is essential.
