Manage complex repair projects, balancing quality, cost, and timescales whilst delivering excellent customer outcomes. Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, CDM Regulations, and statutory compliance requirements. Investigate technical issues and recommend long-term solutions that reduce recurring defects and future disrepair. Work collaboratively with Housing, Repairs, Asset Management, and Legal colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for residents. Monitor contractor performance, ensuring value for money, excellent workmanship, and continuous service improvement. Share technical knowledge and best practice across the wider Surveying team to improve organisational capability.
