Hours
Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 days. Shifts start and end between 4:00am and 2:00pm (to be confirmed), approximately 8 hours per day. The working week starts on a Saturday and rest days are not fixed. Total 38 hours per week.

Salary
£31,500 per year plus a £500 bonus upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship Training course.

About the Role
Go-Ahead London is the leading operator and largest provider of bus passenger travel in London. This Apprenticeship offers a genuine career opportunity with a company that values growth and development. Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working on the job, gaining hands-on experience. Initially, you will learn to drive a bus around London to a high standard, understand the processes and procedures required to deliver and maintain a reliable service, and carry out daily pre-service and regular vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness. You will also provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout your journey. The apprenticeship duration is 11 months, starting Thursday 10 September 2026, with 100 positions available.

Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 years or older, have held a full car (category B) driving licence for at least 6 months, and have no more than 6 penalty points on their licence.
