You will receive direction from senior analysts but will be responsible for delivering outputs aligned with the service vision and business strategy. Additionally, you will support product iteration, evolution, and optimisation while developing and enhancing stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration.
Key responsibilities include developing business analysis skills such as requirements engineering, workshop facilitation, and process mapping; understanding and defining problems to support strategic decision-making; identifying service and process improvement opportunities; drafting requirements and user stories; gathering evidence including user feedback; and supporting performance measurement to inform stakeholders.

You will have a demonstrable passion for Business Analysis with skills or some experience in:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and understand problems and propose solutions
- Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements with peer review
- Communicating effectively using appropriate methods for different audiences
- Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Good interpersonal skills including empathy, negotiation, and influence
- Working collaboratively as a team player contributing ideas and innovation
About you
