In this role, you will:

- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at airline marketing, media, commercial teams, and advertising agencies across the EMEA region
- Develop a deep understanding of airline partner objectives and translate these into compelling advertising proposals and media plans
- Collaborate with internal teams including Ad Solutions, Account Management, Analytics, and Product to deliver high-quality, results-driven campaigns
- Represent Expedia Group Advertising at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings across the EMEA region
- Accurately forecast and manage a sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform the development of EMEA-specific advertising products and go-to-market strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert on the airline vertical, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and best practices both internally and externally
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within digital advertising, travel technology, or the airline/transport industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
- Experience managing complex, senior-level client relationships across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and media solutions including programmatic, sponsored listings, display, and co-op marketing
- Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
- Based in or able to commute to London; willingness to travel across the EMEA region
About you
- Experience working with or selling to airline commercial, marketing, or media teams is preferred
- Familiarity with the EMEA airline landscape and key industry dynamics
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data-driven sales methodologies
- Knowledge of the online travel advertising ecosystem and travel distribution
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
