Organisation: Roehampton Education Services Limited Job title: Head of Business Development (Apprenticeships), Full time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £54,250 to £56,750 pa (plus access to bonus scheme) We are recruiting to the role of Head of Business Development (Apprenticeships) to join our new group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd, to deliver pre-degree, technical and vocational education on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd.as we develop and grow vocational education. The Role You will build and sustain strong partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders to deliver ambitious targets through effective sales and marketing activity, whilst implementing a meaningful account management process with new and existing clients. You must be highly motivated with proven experience in delivering Apprenticeship growth and will be expected to generate your own employer leads, and to negotiate and win new business. We are particularly keen to see applicants with experience in the public sector, including health and education, as this will be a key area of the role. This is an expanding area of University & RESL strategy and the successful candidate will be part of a team who are key to its success.
