About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of driving new business growth and expanding our footprint within your territory and SaaS product family focused on People & Workforce Management.
This role goes beyond sales; it’s about building long-lasting, trusted relationships that empower organisations to transform how they serve their citizens. You will proactively plan and prospect to uncover new opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and act as a strategic partner to your customers. Collaborating closely with both customers and internal teams, you will ensure our SaaS solutions deliver real impact, helping communities thrive and improving public services.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities across UK public sector customers, building relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding public sector challenges, positioning our People and Workforce management SaaS solutions as strategic enablers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and efficiently managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce to ensure a data-driven approach to sales success.

Experience
- Proven experience in new business SaaS sales
- Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and building senior stakeholder relationships

- Full UK driving licence
