Suade is a market-leading regtech SaaS company providing cutting-edge technology that automates regulatory reporting, compliance, and financial risk solutions for financial institutions. Our technology outperforms competitors and addresses the growing regulatory burdens faced by Tier 1 banks across Europe, North America, and Asia. We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by creating, nurturing, and helping to close complex enterprise sales opportunities. You will gain invaluable experience working alongside some of the best enterprise salespeople in the industry and have the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive. Suade offers a flexible working policy but requires availability to work on-site in London when needed. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Experience
1-3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calling.

About you
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across email, calls, and in-person meetings. Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce and familiar with MS Excel for data analysis. Demonstrates grit, determination, and a strong desire to succeed in enterprise sales. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and maintain meticulous records of sales activity to support data-driven decision making. Comfortable researching and prospecting clients in new regions and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
