About the Role
I am the BUSINESS GROWTH PARTNER responsible for supporting the Head of Activation to develop the go-to-market strategy for the brand and ensuring its execution in partnership with the brand and commercial teams. I work closely with the RGM, commercial, and finance teams to influence and monitor sell-out and P&L GTN.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Monitoring & Helping to Drive Sell-In & Sell-Out
- Reporting and sharing with GM and Brand Marketing team on sell-out performance by retailer.
- Collating regular total brand performance reports with key drivers and drainers by retailer and channel.
- Owning the total brand activity calendar ensuring high accuracy, anticipating and communicating sell-out/sell-in peaks and troughs throughout the year.
- Ensuring market share winning plan for the fiscal year with a focus on Q4.
- Attending Brand GAP meetings and proposing solutions to close any gaps to trend.
- Reviewing brand swings on commercial forecast to identify opportunities and risks and generate solutions.
- Owning total brand coffret sell-in/sell-out monitoring.
- Strategising brand distribution strategy in collaboration with Head of Activation, commercial team, and MD.
Influence of P&L GTN
- Acting as the brand commercial lead for trend and BFG meetings.
- Partnering with Commercial Controlling to review investment by brand and customer during the trend process.
- Embedding RGM learnings within the strategy and actively reviewing.
- Delivering on brand value target by optimising OCA / Mino investment by axe, customer, and mechanic.
- Defining and setting promotional golden rules in partnership with finance, RGM, and BCM.
- Defining and owning the Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB) clearance plan.

Experience
Proven experience in commercial and brand growth roles, with strong knowledge of sell-out levers, P&L Go To Net, and retailer activity plans.
About You
Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills, able to influence cross-functional teams including commercial, finance, and marketing. Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities and risks. Proactive and solution-oriented with a passion for luxury beauty brands.
Qualifications
Relevant commercial, marketing, or business qualifications preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
