As part of the Amazon EU Student Programs Team, you will join at the heart of our core consumer business. This 1-year fixed term contract offers the opportunity to develop analytical solutions to complex business problems using the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity. You will write high-quality code to retrieve and analyze data, design pragmatic analyses and automated metrics, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

Experience
- Programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
- Information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining
- Working directly with business stakeholders to translate data into business needs
- Data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience in the data/business intelligence space
