Bengeworth Road, London office with hybrid working after training is completed and autonomy established. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Hours
Full time, hours to be confirmed.

Salary
£32,244 per annum plus 3% bonus.

About the Role
As a Business Services Administrator within the Powercare team, you will report to the Business Support & Scheduling Manager and work within Network Operations. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the safe and effective running of all direct and contractor field resources for various work types including Small Service Connections and Fault activity, ensuring full utilisation of resources. You will update scheduling tools and other in-house IT systems, working closely with Operational teams to meet delivery targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction across Network Operations EPN, South East & London Regions.

UK Power Networks operates 90 offices across London, the East of England and the South East, managing electricity distribution networks and private electricity networks for external clients such as BAA and London Underground. The role involves handling voltages from LV through 11kV up to 132kV.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential. Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Good telephone skills and a good level of PC literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills. Ability to work cooperatively within a team to achieve shared goals. Flexible attitude to work and working hours. Ability to work with other staff, teams within UK Power Networks, and external partners.
