About the Role
As a Business Services Administrator within the Powercare team, you will report to the Business Support & Scheduling Manager and work within Network Operations. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the safe and effective running of all direct and contractor field resources for various work types including Small Service Connections and Fault activity, ensuring full utilisation of resources. You will update scheduling tools and other in-house IT systems regularly. A significant part of your role involves collaborating with Operational teams to meet delivery targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction across Network Operations in the EPN, South East, and London Regions.

UK Power Networks operates 90 offices across London, the East of England, and the South East, managing electricity distribution networks and private electricity networks for clients such as BAA and London Underground. The network handles voltages from LV through 11kV and up to 132kV.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential.
Good telephone skills and a good level of PC literacy with the ability to use a variety of systems efficiently and accurately.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Ability to work effectively with other staff, teams within UK Power Networks, and external partners.

No specific qualifications are stated; however, competence in IT systems and customer service is required.
