Average 38.5 hours per week, working days only. Shifts run from 8am to 8pm on a 2 week rolling rota: 4 days in week 1 and 3 days in week 2 (12 hour shifts)

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Care Assistant within our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality care services in our Care Homes, ensuring residents live meaningful lives and feel involved in their community. You will assist residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. Supporting residents in all activities of daily living, you will promote their wellbeing, independence, dignity, and choice. You will also provide companionship and encouragement by engaging with residents and other stakeholders, as well as supporting recreational activities.

Experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.

About you
Compassionate and able to demonstrate integrity by treating residents fairly and with respect. Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or commitment to complete training if not already qualified.
